But first, we require clients to set up an account as follows in two easy steps:

• After speaking with a consultant, please fax or email your Privacy Agreement and Billing Information forms to Hire Image Canada.
  
  
• Within hours or one business day, your consultant will be in contact with you directly to provide you with access to Hire Image Canada’s secure online system, FileLynx.

Hire Image Canada offers a pre-employment online service through FileLynx, a highly secure system where all data transmitted is protected with 128-bit encryption.  FileLynx allows the exchange of information by providing a security level that mirrors Canadian bank systems.
